The Yankees seize victory thanks to late bases loaded walk, drop Pro Swing 5-3

The Yankees took the last of four lead changes in a back-and-forth affair against Pro Swing, securing a 5-3 victory on Wednesday at Fordham.

The Yankees took the lead in the fourth inning and held on for the victory. A bases loaded walk scored Giovanni Dingcong and gave the Yankees the lead for good.

 

Seth Learned racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Yankees. He tripled in the first inning and singled in the fourth inning.

 

 

Dylan Lawrence's seven strikeouts helped the Yankees to the victory. Lawrenceallowed one earned run on five hits and one walk over seven innings.

 

The Yankees jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the second. Danny Maynard kicked things off for the Yankees with a single. A stolen base then moved Maynard from first to second. Caleb Kerbs singled, scoring Maynard.

The Yankees went up for good in the fourth scoring three total runs, which came home on a two-run single by Learned.
