The Yankees offense too much for NY Gothams in 10-0 rout

The Yankees jumped out to an early lead on NY Gothams and captured a 10-0 victory on Thursday at Fordham University.

With six runs in the first three innings, the Yankees left no doubt about the eventual outcome.

An RBI single by Nanno Santorelli and an RBI single by Mark Vargas during the first inning supplied the early offense for the Yankees.

 

Vargas had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits.

 

 

Nick Lucchese brought the heat against NYGothams during his outing. Ny Gothams managed just three hits off of the the Yankees' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out three during his four innings of work.

 

The Yankees' Giovanni Dingcong, Danny Maynard, Dylan Richards and Vargascombined for seven hits and five RBIs.
