Maynard's big day not enough, Yankees blown out 12-0 by Columbia Angels

The Yankees fell 12-0 to the Columbia Angels at Joplin on Saturday.

Danny Maynard was hot from the plate for the Yankees. Maynard went 1-1. He singled in the second inning.

Tacollini got it done on the mound on the way to a win. He pitched three shutout innings. He struck out four, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Jones, Tacollini and Reyes helped lead the Columbia Angels. They combined for four hits and five RBIs.

The Columbia Angels never surrendered the lead after the first inning, scoring eight runs on a two-run double by Reyes, two singles, and three bases loaded walks.
